Double Chocolate Chip Cookies


Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free (if you use dairy free chocolate chips)


These cookies are downright delicious and super easy to make.


  • 1.5 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  1. Mix together all the ingredients except the sea salt until fully combined
  2. Form into balls and then flatten into cookies
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt
  4. Cook for 12 minutes at 350 degrees, let cool for at least 30 minutes (good luck with that one!)
